Thread: IGNOU - U21 Global MBA(IT)

I know that U21 Global was discussed in this forum before, with mixed reviews. I recently came to know about a new MBA program, specialized in IT Management, that U21 Global is planning in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

It is a 18 month program with first year spent doing U21 courses and then the last 6 months at IGNOU. Successful candidates get a Exec MBA from IGNOU and a Exec Cert in IT Management from U21 Global.

The program costs $3,750.00, if you pay in full.

Also read that U21 Global is pursuing AACSB accreditation.

For those whose interest in this may be piqued by U21Global's path toward AACSB accreditation, note that the MBA one earns through this program is from IGNOU and not from U21Global:

After successful completion of the programme, students will receive an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from IGNOU and an Executive Certificate in Global Information Technology Management from U21Global.

Not that this makes it a bad deal, and IGNOU is GAAP.
