    Is it do-able?

I would like to earn a BSBA degree from Excelsior... and then apply to Various grad schools.

    ( practically the top 15 from JoAnn's list )

As long as I have a competent CS GRE scores, work related experience, and the certifications to back up my knowledge... will the fact that I have a non-technical undergrad degree prevent me from participating in a technical MS?

I would check with the school you plan to apply to and look at the admission requirements. If you are not sure which school, pick 5 or 6 and get an idea.

Provided you either already earned the necessary prerequisites during your undergraduate degree (BSBA) or earned them outside of the degree you should be able to get into a graduate computer science programme. Capitol College offers a MSCS via online delivery. Verify whether leveling courses (undergraduate foundational) are required.
