This is real great. RFID Textbooks are great but it would be more reliable to have a certificate.

Right! having a RFID textbooks is really great learning in textbooks is not all you need you also need a practical experience and the experience of the expert and you also need to have a certificate. What will be the use of your textbook if you don't have a certificate as proof of your knowledge?
