Passing this along...CU Boulder's Interdisciplinary Telecom Program is offering a seminar starting this week. It is available through CAETE, CU's distance learning arm. One of the instructors is a senior engineer at the FCC - this is a a rare opportunity:
The CU Telecom program is a great one...there are some excellent people on the faculty.

One such faculty member is Ray Nettleton PhD who was employee #12 at Qualcomm and had a significant hand in developing the CDMA technology that we all know and love. More about Dr Nettleton here. If anyone wants a telecom masters degree or just some coursework in telcom, CU Boulder's telecom program is a good one.
Mr. Brown, I see that you attend the MBA at UT Dallas. Do you attend on the campus or distance learning?
You still doing the NCU PhD, too? How's that program going? Sounds like you are fairly busy these days. Bing
Hi Bing, I left NCU about 7 or 8 months ago after 2 courses....the program was good but just not what I was looking for. I am about to start the doctoral program in information systems at Dakota State Univ. And yes...I am fairly busy these days but apparently not busy enough.
