MSc (Information Security) - University of London (Royal Holloway)

Has anyone completed or enrolled in the Master of Science in Information Security (MSc (IS)) through the University of London External Programme (Royal Holloway)?

Leo, how have you found the quality of the courses and instruction? How many courses do you typically take per year given that the examinations are held once a year? Are the courses self-paced or do they run on a "semester-type" schedule?

The courses and instruction are very high quality and challenging. You can take from 2 to 4 courses per year. The normal pace is 3 courses per year and the project (dissertation) in the 3rd year. It is however possible to complete the programme in two years by studying 4 modules the first year and two modules plus the project in the second.

The courses run on a semester basis from late September to March with exams in May.
