    Hi everybody
For several weeks I was looking for a Bsc degree in IT or Computing with a study mode of DL, I find out two universities which provides this degree in DL, they are Unisa and University of London.
I live in a country where there is no postal system is available, it is a war-torn country Somalia, living in anarchy more than 15 years, I tried to use my friends postal address in United Arab Emirates (UAE), and I don't have an alternative postal address, I called Unisa and they told me that if either my exam center or my postal address is outside Africa I will be charged as an International students; and international students must pay US$93 for levy per module, plus US$110 module fee. With 30 modules the degree will cost about $6,090. But if I use a postal address and an exam center within Africa, I will be charged as an African student, the levy will be US$47 per module plus US$110 for each of the 30 modules, in this case the degree will cost me $4,710. Comparing to UoL the whole degree will cost it $5,734 plus unknown levy paid at the exam center to cover their admin cost. Therfore, Unisa is more expensive than UoL if you are registering as an International student at Bsc in IT and Computing.
In my opinion, Since UoL is more prestigious than Unisa, I will also try to apply admission to UoL, though their admission requirement is higher than Unisa.
I hope you can give me advises.
    Regards;)
