It's good news IF......the visa numbers don't get jacked up. But, this is a big driver for the push, CEO lobby, for Congress to jack up the visa numbers. CEO's don't want to pay this kind of money for people. Newly passed in the Senate Judiciary Committee is the visa jackup here, though. Also of interest...CS grads are expected to get about 49K starting salary, too, in 2006. If the visa numbers go up then I am thinking there will be a decrease in those offers, though.
