    Hello everyone.

Well I finally applied to Excelsior College. After taking several CLEPS, Dantes and distance courses I think I should be able to finish the degree within one year so as to avoid the yearly fee.

I'm in the process of getting transcripts for all of my sources of credit. I have a question to those that have used Microsoft and Cisco certificates as sources of credit. How did you forward your transcripts to your school? Is it possible to get "official" (stamped and sealed in an envelope) transcripts from Microsoft and Cisco?

    Thanks for your help,
    Brandon

When I sent the transcripts to COSC, I had to print a copy, go to a notary and have them look at the Microsoft website and verify what was printed matched what the website listed as my exams passed.

When I did this 5 years ago, I ordered the transcript from Microsoft, did not open the letter when I received the transcript, and then mailed the whole sealed envelope to Excelsior.

In my case, Microsoft sent COSC a copy directly. Contact them and see what the process is; you should be fine.
