International PhD in Computer Science

I think some of you will be interested in the following:

International PhD in Computer Science from the Middlesex University:

Residence requirements: 6 weeks/year.
Cost: 1100 Sterling.
Duration: 3 years/full time - 5 years/part time.
You also need to have a local supervisor in your country.

The only thing that an applicant should consider is that Middlesex occupied ranks ranging between 70 and 90 in the UK universities list. So, I ma not sure about its reputation.
