Anyone done the Gatlin Webmaster Certificate?

I'm looking at some of the Gatlin certificates offered through various schools around the country. I have never found anybody that has actually taken any of these programs. They cost a pretty penny...the Webmaster Certificate costs $1500. The fact that they are offered at community colleges as well as more well-known universities (like Rutgers, James Madison and UofTennessee, Knoxville) spooks me a little bit. I think I will learn something from the cert, without a doubt, but I wonder how a prospective employer will see such a cert if he realizes it is a Gatlin cert and not really a cert from Rutgers or James Madison. Any input?

I asked this over two years ago and nobody responded. I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Gatilin certs since then.
