Best in accreditation is Western Carolina. If you have a PMP then UW-Plattville is a great option. Name recognition would be George Washington University. Some questions for consideration. What do you want to do with the degree? What area of the country do you want to work? THe MS degree does not substitute for the PMP certification. Silly, but very often you will see job postings for degrees in other areas, MBA, MMIS, BSEE, etc... with the PMP as an added qualification. Personally, I like Mississippi State's MBA (AACSB) with a Project Management concentration.
