Anyone know if I can test out of the Tech core?

    Academic Requirements
    Technology Core -- 24 credits
Includes 8 core requirements: Intro to Computers, Computer Architecture or Assembly Language, High-Level Structured Language, Database Concepts, Data Structures, Data Communications, Operating Systems, and Systems Analysis & Design. CIS courses completed more than ten years ago will apply only to the free elective area of your degree program.

    thank you

    More to read -
Important Information Regarding ICCP Examinations Acceptance
Effective January 25, 2005, Excelsior College no longer awards credit for Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals (ICCP) examinations taken after December 2001, because the American Council on Education credit recommendations for these exams have not been extended beyond that date. Exceptions will be made only to students who have documented approval for specific ICCP exams from their advising team.
