Hi Stock, It won the Sloan Consortium Award for "excellence in institution-wide asynchronous learning network programming" a year or two ago. You might want to check student comments on epinions.com if you want to find out common problems raised by students. Most of the comments are old (posted three or four years ago), however, so things have probably improved (well, I hope). Good luck! Ron
