Online PhD Computer Programs in Texas

Does anyone know of any PhD Computer Science or similar type online based programs in Texas?

I have been looking at Nova Southeastern for some time now and I like that they are accredited by the same body that accredits other schools in the region (from Texas to Florida). However their program requires that I go to Ft Lauderdale twice a year for residence requirements. From what I gather, it's about $30K for the program, plus books, internet, travel, hotel, and who knows what else.

I also looked at Pace University in New York, but they are $53K. Both are a lot.

I wish San Antonio had similar progrms, but I'd settle for Texas. So if anyone has ideas, send them in.

Let me know if you come across anything promising. I'd be interested in joining a local cohort if that were an option for a good program. I wouldn't want to start anything until I'm finished with my MBA though. Feel free to email me.

I know that UTSA now offers a PhD in CS with courses that look to be mostly in the evening, but courses that are mostly online would be a lot more convenient.
