Hey folks, I have searched the discussion boards on this site to see if anybody had anything to say about Kaplan college, and more specifically, about their BS-IT program. About all I saw were some posts concerning the colleges accreditation (which I know is RA for IT) and a couple of orphan posts (no responses) asking about the same program. So, I'll try it again and ask if anyone out there has experience with Kaplan and their IT program. Even if you've had experience in one of Kaplan's other programs I'd like to hear what you have to say about them in general. Some specific things that I am interested in are: 1. Do they grade on group work or individual work? 2. How long are their classes (ex: 5 wks or 3 months)? 3. Do they require a lot of paper writing or do they use quizzes and tests? 4. How would you rate the tuition cost in comparison to other online colleges? 5. Did you feel that the educational experience was worth the money you put into the class? In other words, did they facilitate the learning process to the degree that you would expect from the amount of money you put in? (Note: I ask some of these questions based on my experience from taking a class from University of Phoenix which I personally found to be quite terrible and disappointing (sorry, I had to vent a little there)) Thanks in advance for any responses.
