I started an UK based MSc Computing part-time program and was awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Computing instead because of insufficient credits. Felt very bad for having gone thru a part-time program which costed a bomb and lasted for 2 years.

The university does not permit more than 2 resits irrespective of the reasons be it absence, sickness, pressure at work etc.

Now pls let me know if there are any universities which can transfer credits or allow me to complete my Masters in Computing: I dont mind them being Online, American, UK or Australian or in fact any accredited and understanding Univesity.

This is an urgent request !

    Thanks, ARD:(

Excelsior MLS is the only one I know of that may work for you but is is a Master in Liberal Studies - Excelsior College has an exceptionally liberal transfer credit policy: we permit transfer of up to 15 semester hours into the M.A. in Liberal Studies program, regardless of when they were taken. These courses must be in at least two disciplines

Try querying the school you attended.

The name of the program is MSc Computing offered by a UK based University who has University Campus in Malaysia.

This was by Distance Learning. Very poorly organised program. Now they have suddenly discontinued the program without even informing the students.

We were the last batch according to them.

I need to know if there are Universities which accept Postgraduate Diploma students to continue for Masters Program Example like a one year additional program etc.

rajyc gave you one option, there are a number of Australian Universities that may accept your credits due to program similarities. But in any case the courses that you attended in PGD must match their program requirements to be able to transfer. some other options to check out.

    - Touro University, USA has MS ITM if you are interested in Management side of it. They may give you credits.

    - Open University, UK. MSc Computing (not sure if they offer this program to students in Malaysia)

    - University of Liverpool, UK, MSc IT.

    - USQ, Australia

let us know which one you finally go with.
