Has anyone used financial aid funds for CLEP, DANTES, etc testing?

Me again, still interested in neuropsych but life is leading me a different way - early intervention - and I need to earn the B.A. as quickly as I can.

Cash flow is still a problem, however, which leads to my question: is it possible to use financial aid (by enrolling in COSC or TESC and getting financial aid through whatever school) and earn the degree through testing?

If anyone has done this and has advice to share, I would greatly appreciate it!

IIRC, the comprehensive tuition at TESC includes unlimited TECEP exams, and may include CLEP and DANTES if you can physically go to the TESC campus (since they are a testing site). It was quite a few years ago I actually checked that, so best to contact the schools directly.

Good Morning, I am fairly certain that CLEPS and DANTES are not included in the comprehensive tuition. There are scholarships which can be applied for through the school. I would also check the option of end of semester finals that can be taken at your local community college. If you are good at the testing game why not follow the BA in four weeks. This is an extremely cost effective journey and may get you to your current goal. Hille
