    Hi all,

I'll be taking three DSST exams in next few months, and I discovered a way to save money on the sitting fees. They normally run about $20 per exam in my area.

I am a former student of one of the universities in my area that offers testing services. I just found out today that they waive the sitting fee for former students (as well as current students). So this will save me $60 ($20 X 3 exams) by taking the exams there.

If you've already had some actual classroom time at a local college or university, see if they offer testing services, then see if they waive the fee for former students. You might be able to save some money that way.

Take care and good luck in finishing your degree!
