I ran into this site and the bain4weeks site and was wondering. I work in the oilfield and with the experience I have a geology degree would be awesome. However I work 80-100 hours a week for 2 weeks then i get a week off, so typical schooling wont work at all.

    Thank you for your replies.

No. You can get most of your credits through exam, but you would need to get the geology credits elsewhere since there only exists one Geology exam (from DSST). An option for you might be to test out of about 3/4 of your degree then find some independent study or self paced courses to complete the major- if there are enough of such courses in geology out there.

Charter Oak State College is the only one of the Big 3 that offers this degree, but they do not offer the geology courses needed.

A diploma not a degree and not in geology, but in a close field and it might be of interest:

Haileybury School of Mines, Northern College
    Mining Engineering Technician Diploma
Two two-week on-site field schools are mandatory. Haileybury School of Mines was established in 1912 and I believe it's renowned in the field. It's now part of Northern College, a public community college in mining country in Northern Ontario, Canada.
