BSBA in Public Administration at TESC

So I've been trolling around this site for a while and I think TESC is going to be the cheapest way to get my degree? (any opinions are welcome on that) Could anyone help me figure out which test to start with? (I have zero college credits) Or just a basic how to get started?

There is just so much information that it's hard to sort it all out.
