    I've been out of high school for 2 years.

    I joined the military, I'm starting to clep and I've hit a snag.

    In high school my teachers really didn't teach math.

    Which math clep would be best for me to take?

    are the guides for the math clep helpful for people who are totally ignorant on the subject?

    I took a pratice test for college math and only got 9 out of 30 questions.

    The general math for 6 credits.

    Agreed, the College Math CLEP is definitely the easier CLEP Math Tests.

    But you should always check with the college that's awarding the degree FIRST. I would hate for you to do all that work only to find that it's not going to count towards your degree!

    Math CLEP Study Guides will definitely help. I can tell you that if you hate math the exam is more stressful to study for than it is to pass. It's pretty straightforward with very few "trick questions."

    Here's some more tips.

    The key to this exam is NOT to over-study. If you’re struggling with one aspect of the test (eg. quadratic equations, or permutations), skip it. Don’t spend a week trying to figure out something that is only one or two questions on your test. Trust me, it’s just not a good investment of your time or “bang for your buck.” Your job is to simply pass the exam. So master the things you are comfortable with and you’ll knock this CLEP out!
