clep, dsst at tesc

    I just thought about this.....when you test, do these count as transfer credits towards your 120 they accept?

    just to be technical, they count as credit, not transfer credit. I think you are asking if you can use CLEP/DSST toward the completion of your 120 credits- and the answer is yes!! In a nutshell, TESC's policy is that you can take all the courses/credits from outside sources- nothing "has to" be taken in-house. There are a few credit restrictions (for example they cap community college credit at 90) but if you can find a CLEP/DSST that meets your degree requirement, they allow it. No restrictions or caps.
