Yes they can, I have no idea why it's been so long with nobody answereing your question. I believe that three colleges are accepting.

One is TESC. From what I know they will take all the credits but only apply 25 of them to a certain degree which means that you have 10 left over atleast to use as electives.

Next is FCC. They will charge you an arm and a leg of atleast $75 per credit, but when they transfer them from their college to another they will show "fema" on the transcript, and the college who recieves them may not accept the credits.

Last is CCC. They will accept the credits for a smaller fee however they will only accept 0.67 of each 1.0 credit. So only do this if you don't need all the credits possible from Fema. Your best bet is to use the TESC credit bank, it is affordable and the best way for anyone to go. Also if take a course at TESC then whatever that grade is, is your GPA when combined with credits.

So lets say you transferred over 117 credits from another source like fema and other courses somehow to TESC and then you applied those credits to the hardest courses you could, and took the easiest course you could, and you got an A, then you graduate with a 4.0.

Red Rocks Community College in Denver will take them RAW as well (about 30, maybe more, it's hard to get answers...I used to believe it was 40). They have many online classes I believe it is possible to get an emergency management degree remotely when combined with FEMA credits.

    Here's the thing:
If you complete ONE class with them they will transcribe all the rest of your FEMA credit for 10 or 15 bucks/credit.
