Instacert lately

Has anyone been able to get on their website lately? I'm trying to join and it took quite some time for the credit card page to load. It's now taking so long for my credit card information to go through. Does anyone have anyfeedback on this website as of late? I'm about to give up and just pray I don't get billed... it's been at least 5 minutes... it's ridiculous.

 

Help ME please!!!!!!

I've tried over and over and cannot join... it's constantly declining my card and there is funds on my card. The 866 rings busy... can it be because I'm in the Caribbean? Please I desperately want to join instacert to prepare for CLEP testing... someone please help me!

 

Computer networking-- that's what the Internet is. If it doesn't work from one direction, try another.

If you're trying from home or work, try connecting at an internet cafe or other public place with a high speed connection (preferably from your own laptop!). And vice versa.
