    Based on what I just read on several websites, this exam isn't too tough (59% pass rate)

    Based on what I just read, the Cliffs Quick Review Criminal Justice book is highly recommended. You can get it used for under $5, shipped to your house.

    Forget studying, I watched a few reruns of TJ Hooker and passed this test in 15 minutes. This one is right there with Heres to You Health - super easy

    I passed this today with a 69, and I concur with the above. This is one of the easier exams, most especially if you enjoy police dramas or crime novels. I have read tons of murder mysteries and true crime books, also I love Law & Order, CSI, and stuff like that although I am aware that is not an accurate depiction, so I had a bit of familiarity. This one would be good to take leading up to or immediately following American Government CLEP, since you will need to know about several of the constitutional amendments, and how the various departments are structured (Justice Dept, Treasury, etc.) Reading this wiki article will help:
