Has anyone ever heard of Straighterline courses? Supposedly, you can take their courses and either Jones International, Fort Hayes State U, or Potomac College will award college credit for them. At $399 per course it doesn't look like a bad deal...

I just noticed that straighterline is offering a free course on their web site. It might be worth contacting them to see if this free course could be turned into college credits.

It looks legit. There is an article about this in the Chronicle of Higher Education.

If these courses were reviewed by ACE, they could be used at even more schools.

    Outsourcing online courses

Another outfit that provides outsourcing to colleges for their online programs is Gatlin Education Services http://www.gatlineducation.com/.

There are a couple of others also.
