CLEP/DANTES study guides?

Anywho all I need to complete my CCAF (community college of the airforce) degree is a public speaking course, and two management courses. The problem I'm having is actually finding study material. The books here on base are test question booklets, but there is no way I can answer any of the questions if I have no idea what they are talking about.

Where can I find the actual study guides that would normally be paired up with these CLEP/DANTES question books? Would they be online somewhere?

 

Has anyone ever used iStudySmart, InstantCert or even this book (click here)?

I'd like to use my tuition assistance as much as possible. Are these reasonable options?
