Need help with DANTES Drug and Alcohol Abuse

Hi everyone,I took the CLEP Human Growth and Develpment exam today and passed with a score of 63
I had ordered some DANTES exams in the month of November and am told that i should take them within a month and a half or they'll be sent back and i will have to order them again.These were Drug and Alcohol Abuse,Criminal Justice,
Anthropology, Intro to Modern Middle East and Fundamentals of Education.
So I am planning to take Drug and Alcohol Abuse next as i have a book for it.
I have this book:
A Handbook on Drug and Alcohol Abuse : The Biomedical Aspects by Frederick G. Hofmann.
and I'll be using Instacert.
Do you think that would be sufficient?
How difficult is this exam and how many days of studying do you think will be required?

I haven't taken the exam, but I tried the sample questions and got 100%. Apparently I learned more in the '80s than I realized! I wouldn't sweat this one too much.

 

Thanks June. Which sample questions? There are a few sample questions on the DANTES website,are those the ones?

They also apparently have a practice test at dsstpracticetest.com

 

I used one of the recommended texts (before Instantcert had the material on their site) and did well enough for an 'A'.

If you know how drugs work, dosage issues, etc. as outlined in the Dantes info sheet you'll do well. This is not an extremely hard exam.
