I was talking to my counselor at Excelsior and he recommended that I take the College Algebra CLEP to finish off my Arts & Sciences requirements. I took Calculus I about 6 years ago and I'm currently working on a Discrete Mathematics course at Southwest Texas University San Marcos. I don't feel that college algebra will be too much of a challenge, but at the same time I want to ensure an A in order to raise my GPA. What free and/or cheap math resources can I use to brush up my algebra skills? What study resources did you use to take this test? Where can I find realistic practice exams for this test? Most of the students I worked with at UOP found that the Princeton Review cracking the clep coupled with purplemath.com was enough to pass the test, but everyone is different, good luck!
