    Hello guys,

hope everyone is enjoying the nice summer so far.

    ;)

In any case, I am planning on taking the above mentioned exam next week and just wanted to see if anyone would suggest any particular areas that i should focus on? currently using a guide i picked up on ebay. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used the Barron's Business Review Series volume on Management to study for this test and did really well. Barron's makes books in this series for most of the CLEP Business test subjects, although I don't think they're specifically aimed at CLEP takers. I used the Business Law, Management, Accounting, and Marketing volumes for their respective exams. Best of luck to you!

I used Barron's EZ 101 series for a good overall view of subject and did pretty well.
For me Barron's EZ series was best of the lot for study guides.

I agree, this one's a cakewalk. If you do at all well on the official study guide's test you should be fine. I did nothing to prepare and scored in the mid-70's.

Also, remember that Frederick Taylor was the developer of Scientific Management. :)

Guys, i very much appreciate all the help and tips provided by all of you! Will post my results when i take the exam. I had taken and passed the Dantes principles of supervision and just took the Dantes HR Management (waiting for the score.......wonder when dsst will get away from the bubble sheets and on to the Computer based examinations). Thanks again!

Well everyone, just got back from my lunch time testing session for this exam and scored a 70 with over half an hour to spare.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who provided suggestions regarding this exam. Still waiting on my DSST HR Management score but i'm sure it will be a good one.

I got suggestions from unixman, used a bit of instantcet, an e-bay guide and the following like to prepare for this test.
