   On the COSC costs website , it says that CLEP exams cost $90. The official CLEP site on College Board says it will cost $55.
   
   What is the difference?

   The difference is the testing center's fee. I have taken CLEP's at three different locations. Each one had a different fee ranging from 15-25 dollars.
