Happy Holidays to everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know that if they are planning on getting their degree from Excelsior they really should go to the website www.excelsior.edu and find out what tests they need to take for what degree plan they are pursuing. Just wanted to give everyone a notice in case they are just going by bain4weeks.com. Hope this helps. Have a good day.

  2. Carlos,

By this post do you mean that Excelsior no longer grants credit for the CLEP English Composition exam, or that it doesn't meet their Written English requirement?

If the latter, this is old news...you need to take the ECE or TECEP version (the TECEP is very easy but expensive for 3 credits).

    Cheers,
    Mark

    Mark,

It is the latter. I just hadn't been following the board for a bit and wasn't sure if people knew about that. I appreciate that you let me know though. I need to go through some of the old posts and read up.

    Have a great day.

    Hi Carlos

If you read the BAin4weeks.com web site in detail it will explain which English tests work for which schools. The sample program is for COSC I believe, so perhaps that is what was confusing?
