Humanities Clep prep by XENIA on EBAY


I recently purchased a Clep Humanities guide by XENIA on EBAY. The book is about 25 pages, is there enough info in this book to pass. Can I pass this test with just her book alone? Has anyone used her book to take this exam?

 

FWIW, I used her guide to pass the Human Growth and Development CLEP with a score of 62. Not bad for five bucks.

How much did u study for Human Growth & Dev? Was it easy? Did u use anything other than the book by Xenia?

 

I took HGD on the same day as Int. to Psych, and DSST's Lifespan Developmental Psychology. I also took Cleps Int to Soc the day prior. I bought Xenias' guides to SOc, PSYCH, and HGD. I thought all four tests had overlapping information and was glad I had studied all of them for the 4 tests. If you are only taking HGD you can probably suffice with only the HGD guide, however if you don't have any background in the other subjects I strongly reccomend getting all of the guides even if its only for that one test. The major battle is just being familiar with the vocab on all of these exams.

As far as humanities goes. Make sure you are familiar with the recommended websites in the guide. I printed everything off. It was very tedious. Good luck.
