    HELP/ADVICE/GUIDANCE Please

    Hello All,
I need to as per my title please:
Situation is that; I wish complete/study towards becoming a CPA or CA.
I only can study online or distance and sitting exams will be difficult with my current employment. Therefore preference is for 100% online program I guess. and program sort perhaps assessment based/online test and course work-ish
I live in New Zealand. I checked major universities here and all their programs has final exams. i have almost 20 years work experience in accounting .
Ideally I prefer a Masters program in accounting and with no residency requirements.
The program must be open to the world as I am based in New Zealand.
Suggestions, advice, guidance and questions are must appreciated and welcome.
    Thank you
    Derina

OK, this is not my thing so maybe my ideas on this are not totally accurate buuut . . .

I think there's a few things going on here. he first is that a CPA (Certified Public Accountant ) is a sort of licensure thing and so of course you're going to have to take a "final exam." Also, it's going to be at least somewhat different wherever you live/work. Next is the idea that a Masters is not a CPA . They can be mutually exclusive right? You can have a Masters without being a CPA and a CPA without a Masters. So I'm not sure if you're saying you want both?

The program I seek must satisfy the entry requirements for CPA or CA. I don't have the time to complete an undergrad in Accounting hence seeking a Masters to satisfy the basic requirement.
