    Hello everyone!

I recently enrolled in the DBA program at California Southern University. The school just recently received it's RA accreditation, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The tuition is dirt cheap (@$395/credit). Starting 1/1, the tuition goes up to $495/credit. I was able to transfer in 9 credits, so the entire program will be 51 credits (approx. 22k with all the fees).

I'm currently working, make a good salary, so my main goals for this program is to complete a doctorate and learn some new knowledge/skills. I think the purpose of this type of a degree is to gain real practical knowledge. I've never thought that I would ever get hired because I have X degree.

I'm willing to give it a try. If I can meet my educational goals and complete this program debt free (my employer will basically pay for the entire program over 4 years), then it'll be worth it. If it doesn't meet my expectations, I'll just quit. :)

If anyone is looking at the school or has any questions about it, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to talk about my experience.

Gau - My choice list include calsouthern's DBA, so please share with us about your experiences. I was considering NCU/Captech/GCU but then i realized CalSouthern went regional.
