You can check by yourself in the link below:

ACE CREDIT | The National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training | Find a Course or Exam

I believe Financial Management, Business Ethics, Strategic Management and Business Ethics are at the upper level.

The difference between upper and lower level is usually that the upper level courses also require a project on top of the exams.

Typing in all caps is the equivalent of yelling on a forum.

Why are you yelling at us?

I did not misunderstand, Penn foster has several accounting courses that are upper level. My wife has done them and got them approved for upper level at excelsior.

I am sorry if you are too lazy to search but will not post the links for you, just do a search. Last post for me in this thread.

Yes i am actually yelling at you guys because you are not reading my post carefully enough! I'm not lazy i searched all over the web and couldn't find any answers, so i am posting this question here: Is there a only financial or managerial accounting exam/courses that will transfer as upper level credit at excelsior college since these are freshman and sophomore level classes they will usually be lower level, and i don't need and want to take another upper level credit besides financial or managerial accounting so i can get two birds in one hand and not have to do two lower level accounting courses and then another upper level course then i will have a total of 123 credits and i rather just finish and upper level financial or managerial accounting and be done with 120 units and save myself another upper level course, please try to understand and help me i highly appreciate it in advance!

It's generally quite counter-productive to yell at the very people from whom you are soliciting help. The old expression is "Don't bite the hand that feeds you." Beyond that, try here:

You were already informed on the other forum that managerial and financial accounting are normally lower level courses. It's like looking for an upper level course in English Comp. These are introductory courses. It will be very difficult, if not impossible, to find managerial and financial accounting coded as UL. Just give it up and take an UL test or course.

I know I promised not to post again but this post just makes me angry. The OP is lazy enough not to do a search on his own and then shouts at us. I wonder if someone that cannot find something as simple as this deserves a degree:

    Cost Accounting (ACC210)

Select the date range in which the course/exam was completed:
    Credit Type: Course
    ACE Course Number: 0089
    Organization: Penn Foster College
    Location: Penn Foster College
    Length: 1 year, 52 weeks
    Dates Offered: 10/1/2012 - 9/30/2015
    Prerequisites: Managerial Accounting ACC112.
Objective: The course objective is to provide information about the use of cost data in budgeting and capital planning for various types of manufacturing operations and uses a personal computer to perform various accounting functions.
Learning Outcome: Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to convert a narrative of a corporation's day-to-day transactions into entries in an accounting journal ; post journalized entries to a general ledger; prepare end-of-period adjustments; prepare financial statements and reports for the end of the corporation's fiscal year; determine costs of products and services more accurately; recognize how the knowledge of product and service costs is used to set selling prices; identify the techniques used to measure the performance of managers and subunits within an organization; and describe how the accounting system is used as a tool to motivate managers toward the goals of an organization.
Instruction: This is an independent study, distance delivered course. The methods of instruction include self-study, textbooks, and study guide. The general topics include materials, labor, and factory overhead; process cost accounting; budgeting; standard cost accounting service businesses; and decision making. The methods of evaluation are lesson exams, project, and a proctored final exam with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
Credit Recommendation: In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 3 semester hours in cost accounting (10/12).

I agree that the OP shouldn't be shouting at people who are trying to help, but the OP is not looking for just any UL accounting course. This wasn't initially made clear because it seemed as if the OP was looking for any UL business course, but the OP later specified what he or she wanted those credits to be in. The OP specifically wants an UL course in Managerial or Financial Accounting so that he or she can meet the Managerial or Financial Accounting requirement for the degree and 3 credits of the UL requirements at the same time. Basically, the OP wants to kill two birds with one stone. Cost Accounting does not meet the Managerial or Financial Accounting requirements. Auditing, tax accounting, or any other accounting course does not meet those requirements. The course has to be specifically in managerial or financial accounting. Major56 found an UL Managerial Accounting course at Adams State University, so this should satisfy the OP if Excelsior will accept this as UL. If Excelsior does not accept this as UL, then they are likely not to accept any managerial or financial accounting course as UL. Finding these two courses as UL is not easy to do since they are usually LL.
