I will graduate in 2015 Mar. I am looking forward for a good b-school in europe. I would like to know about the scholorships for the univ. which can be applied and also regarding the difference between the various selection rounds (1,2,3,4). What will the be the implications on each round and how will i get affected by postponing it to further rounds

    Urgent

There is a cool concept that eventually you'll learn in school. It is called doing your own research.

If you don't want to help the guy, that's your prerogative, but when one doesn't know the answer to something, then asking experts is a form of research.

The op has elected to keep his whereabouts confidential and so I won't say where he's posting from except to say it's not the USA. This is relevant because his frame of reference is different than mine (at least). For example, I don't know what is meant by "selection rounds (1,2,3,4)" although I can guess that it makes perfect sense where he is living. Also, he is trying to be admitted to the European system and most of us are primarily oriented into the American system. Finally, it's not entirely clear that he's seeking a DL degree although his posting on this board suggests that he is looking for a DL program. So, with all that in mind I'll suggest that he look at some of the programs offered in Britain. They are all generally well respected and can be expected to accept a Bachelors degree from an accredited school for admission.

Murali - I have included a link to help you get started. Clearly there are other choices in Europe but they will likely use the language of their home country as the language of instruction and I don't know if this would work for you. Good luck.
