I am thinking about doing Business Administration with Marketing (BSc) with UofL International Programme.

But I want to know if I can do masters at a brick uni after completing this course.

and I also want to know what it is like to study with UofL international , study materials, support, difficulty, how you do exams etc.

I guess you should be able to do your masters at any US brick and mortar institution if your University of London degree is evaluated and stated to be same (in course content) as a degree from any regional accredited US college or university.

Regarding your other questions: I have been a University of London International Program student and I must say that the course works are tedious( writing from my Law degree experience) and require lot of self-discipline to succeed. You are sent textbooks and given access to lecture materials and videos and are left to study on your own. You prepare for exams and by May -June -July, you go to your nearest British Council to sit exams. Of course you are charged some administrative charges for sitting exams by the British Council.

Are you at least able to get questions answered by tutors, through email or a forum or something? Or are you really flying solo?

Students are able to study independently or at a local institution. Those who study independently study on their own. At least this is what I can say about my program and I doubt if other programs are not like this. Those who want a structured study support are encouraged to take classes at local institutions that offer part time or full time classes at extra charges to the student. Few times in a year, UofL organizes study sessions where students can go to London and hear academics in the area of their courses speak, lecture, or give advice on examination techniques. There are also course forums where students may post questions and have other students or experts answer questions. In my program, there is no semester or weekly assignment to be written or submitted via a blackboard kind of medium. You study, prepare for exams and when you are sure you are well cooked, you apply to sit exam that year...

I don't see any problem with your plan. UofL International programs students have been accepted (widely) into other London colleges and universities,. When it comes to Masters programs, I believe they (UofL International programs' students) are treated like other conventional students.
