I am on the Oxford mailing list. Good enough for my resume. Anyway this is what I received from them. Only 16 days for an Oxford diploma.
    Dear Ms xxxx,

If you are a finance professional with a good academic background and at least 5 years' professional experience, looking to take the next big step in your career, you might like to consider taking part in the Oxford Diploma in Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School.

The diploma is a prestigious post-graduate qualification for finance professionals. Tuition is delivered in four modules of four days each, allowing participants to study alongside a senior level role and complete the qualification in one year. Experienced finance professionals from around the world use this programme every year as an excellent next step to take them to a boa rd level position.

The programme provides participants with the ability to apply expert analysis techniques in corporate and business strategy, investment appraisal, capital structure and corporate valuation through top level teaching, analysis and exchange of ideas in a global context. You will benefit from networking, discussion and sharing of experience with a senior level international peer group, and build your ongoing network as a member of the Oxford Business Alumni.

We are now taking applications for the next cohort starting in January 2014. If you would like to find out more or apply, please contact us on the details below, or alternatively go to our website to apply now.

    Yours sincerely,

    Leyla Gilbey

The programme fee for 2013 is £20,000 ($32,800 USD) and the Diploma requires participants to attend all four modules in Oxford.

Holy shit, that's some quick way to milk people for cash.
If a class has 10 people, that's an easy 200k for doing four modules.

Speaking of milking people for cash, Dartmouth has a three week on campus non-credit program for executives that's thirty-five thousand bucks.

I would say something in financial cryptography, since very few people understand it, yet it's become one of the foundations of the global economy. To do that, I hope you like math.

All kidding aside, I agree with Steve 100%. If you have the aptitude and fortitude for math, by all means give financial cryptography a shot.
