I don't think a regionally accredited option for this exists except the WGU MBA (it does include supply chain, though it's not in supply chain)...but to hit the <5K mark you will have to complete the program in 1 semester (6 months).

With the price tag is impossible. I would recommend you need to double that amount.

I made a list of these kinds of programs for someone on another forum, but it was a list of undergraduate programs. The $5,000 price tag is impossible. You might be able to do a nationally-accredited MBA at New Charter University for around that price....I don't know, but it won't be in supply chain. It's important to note that even though supply chain and logistics are difficult areas of study to find online on their own, operations management programs include these courses.

Here's a list of schools I came up with, but none of them are anywhere near $5,000

Northeastern University - MBA Supply Chain/Operations Management
University of Wisconsin, Whitewater - MBA Supply Chain Management
Central Michigan University - MBA Logistics Management
University of Scranton - MBA Operations Management
University of Dallas - MBA Supply Chain Management

One of the cheapest options would probably be American Military/Public University's programs for $11,700.
