First of all, congrats to U of Dallas. Does this mean that the DBA at University of Liverpool is AACSB accredited?

I would think so. And their DBA program is offered online.

I think there will be changes to the online DBA. They will add campus visits every year. If they dont, a lot of people would be interested in.

All we can do is speculate at this point. They acquired AACSB accreditation with an online doctorate already in place, so they have no incentive to change things for accreditation purposes. They could add campus visits or they could leave things as-is and simply up the ante on their admissions requirements to deal with the flood of applicants they are sure to get. This will be one to watch, for sure!

Got to say...congrats to Liverpool, the first 100% DL Doctorate that I believe exists with AACSB!!
    AACSB Accreditation

"University’s Management School awarded international accreditation

The University of Liverpool’s Management School (ULMS) has been awarded AACSB Accreditation. Highly prized by top employers, this international recognition covers all the School’s on-campus and online programmes – including the online MBA, online Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a suite of online MSc business, management and accounting programmes."

(Created a new thread to not further clog up this Dallas thread... congrats to them as well!)

I do believe you're correct. I've been following online and short-residency doctorates for a long time and this is the first one I've seen with AACSB accreditation that is 100% online. It even says so right on their web site...

100% online assessment, no traveling to campus
