For my master thesis I'm doing a research on leader-leader interactions. This focus on the effects that higher management (superiors) have on middle or lower management (followers). The focus in this research is on the combination of two styles of leadership, the transformational leadership style (person oriented) and the transactional leadership style (task oriented) and how these styles affect the performance of followers. In other words, I'm looking for the most effective leadership combination.
