    Hi all,

I have been on the hunt for a master's degree along the lines of International Economic Development with a concentration in social justice/human rights.

I've been able to find quite a few Master's in community and economic development that seems to focus on local/national development. I am interested in a degree that focuses on international development and policy issues.

Basically I am looking for a degree somewhere along the lines of global development and social justice. I know St. Johns University has this degree... but it won't work for me.

I would need to go through a distance learning program and would not be able to take a prolonged period of time off work (i.e. I could not take a month off that SJU requires)

Anyone out there have any advice?? Does anyone work in or have any experience in this industry? I have heard that it is an industry standard that part of the graduate program includes study/professional experience abroad.

Any advice is greatly appreciated... I'm pretty lost.

    Thanks for your time!
