PhD or graduate studies in Statistics

    Does anyone know for any of these? Affordable or the cheapest one?
    It also could be graduate certificate in Statistics, not master.
    I does not have to be DL. I live in NYC, so anything close enough (3-4 hours of driving) would also work. I see great chance to get a good job if I purchase this.
    Please, please, help
