    Sloppy. "As long as it's accredited." That's just great.

    The article is all over the place. On the one hand, it notes LaSalle's sordid past, along with Orion's closing. On the other, it seems to let slide the fact that LaSalle is closed--how could this guy be getting a doctorate (in 2004) there?

    Accredited by the WAUC? Even a little bit of research would reveal the real truth in that.

    And that bit about a DL degree being okay? Damn open-minded of them. Negligent, too.

    Finally, they all seem willing to overlook the discrepancies between the two lists of the guy's credentials.

    Neither the educators nor the medium got this one even remotely correct.
