    You maybe looking for Institute of management Accounts which offers the CMA and CFA certificaties or alternatively American Institute of Certified Public Accountants both of which certify individuals to practice inthis field (AICPA being the senior (read more recognized)) one.

    If you are talking about certifying companies that is a state licensing issue whihc normally requires the personnel to have a CPA or CMA or CFA certificate/license.
