Keller/DeVry University says their accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association.

Is that different then being simply accredited by NCA.

Does this still mean their a RA school?

Please help - I am currently a student.

    Don't worry,

They have Regional Accreditation. You are fine.

Each of the Regional Accreditors has a different organization. The Higher Learning Commission is the arm of the NCA that does the actual accreditation. There are other arms that have other functions such as the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement .

Oterh regional accreditors split up the accrediting by level, i.e. secondary (high schools), junior (community) colleges, and universities and colleges.

It is always a good idea to question the accreditation of any school and check it out. The final deciding point is recognition by the Us Dept of Education.
