    I have some questions.

    I have a Dutch HBO diploma/certificate.

HBO is standing for : Higher Professional Education (duration 4 years full-time study)

Futher i have, 20 years of working experiance, and 2 years Dutch Academic / University study.

Also other HBO (Higher Professional Education) diploma's (for example, social worker, duration 4 years part-time).

How to earn a Master degree, Ph.D or Doctorate?

Your question is so general that it's difficult to give a good answer. If you can say something more about yourself, your goals, etc. then I'm sure that you'll get some good answers. Try starting by answering these questions:
    Where are you located?
Do you want a US or non-US degree?
    What languages do you speak?
What academic area holds your interest?
How do you plan on using the degree(s)?
What are your ultimate goals for the degree(s)?
Are you able to travel to satisfy residency requirements or
does the degree need to be 100% non-residential?
How much money can you spend on education per year?
Aside from suggesting that you buy the latest edition of Bears Guide, my best advice at this point is that you carefully read all the introductory information from the front page of this site.
    Good luck,
    Jack
