Muslim College in CA granted regional accreditation by thew WASC

The Muslim-run Zaytuna College has been granted regional accreditation, and in particular for their Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Law and Theology. This is the first Islamic school in the US to receive accreditation; as such, this is something of a landmark. Kudos to them.

    Peace,

    Matt

PS: Sorry for the typo in the title, I don't seem to be able to edit it.

Good for them. I am always happy to see a bit of religious diversity in higher education in this country.
