I found this one (I will not give out the URL, but you can Google the name). It's accredited by the Global Accreditation Bureau and Accreditation Panel for Online Colleges (the site looks somewhat similar to the University's, and lists no other members). When I asked the helpful representative about accreditation, they directed me to a site for Ashley University listing accreditation docs. Here is my chat transcript with Corllins representative "Kevin Brown".

    John: Hello?
    Kevin Brown: Hello
John: Yes I have a question about your programs.
    Kevin Brown: Sure goahead
John: Do you have a masters in accounting program?
Kevin Brown: Yes we do ahve it
John: What are the admissions requirements, and how many credit hours are required to complete the program?
Kevin Brown: Let me tell you how this complete program works
Kevin Brown: What we do is we take down your life experience, that is your working experience and your past educational qualification, convert them into credit hours, if these credit hours are equivalent to the credit hours that are require to complete your desired degree then you qualify and we award the degrees accordingly, if you are successfully evaluated we start with the registration process registering you and your documents with the university and the Accreditation bodies and after that we make sure that the documents are shipped out to you in the next 10 working days.
John: I have a CPA license
    Kevin Brown: That is Great!
John: and have practiced as a CPA for a few years now, but I don't have a Masters in Accounting.
Kevin Brown: What program are you interested in ?
    Kevin Brown: Ok
John: would this count as life experience? I am interested in the Masters in Accounting
Kevin Brown: and how many years of working experience do you have ?
John: 3 years as a CPA, nearly 10 years in data analytics.
Kevin Brown: No its not going to say anything on the degree that its on life experience
John: Okay, but does my CPA license, accounting experience, and other work experience count as life experience?
Kevin Brown: The degree that you will be receiving will be exactly the same degree that you could earn from any traditional or any any State University
    John: is it accredited?
    Kevin Brown: Absolutely yes!
Kevin Brown: let me show you the sample documents and the accreditation
John: what city is the university located in? I know it's an online school, but do you have a physical campus as well?
Kevin Brown: We are located in San Francisco CA
Kevin Brown: Click here to vie sample documents
John: That looks like a different college...Ashley University?
Kevin Brown: the degree will be awarded to you from Ashley University
John: What about Corllins? Is that where I take online classes?
Kevin Brown: Ashley University offers both Full time Education and degree on Prior Experience
John: oh I see. Is the University regionally accredited as well?
Kevin Brown: No its not regionally accredited
Kevin Brown: let me show the accreditation
Kevin Brown: Click here to view accreditation
John: I see. Okay where can I find the admissions application?
Kevin Brown: I can help you the application on live chat
    Kevin Brown: complete*
John: Also, I have a question about the Roosevelt Scholarship.
John: Is this available to any applicant?
Kevin Brown: No we do not offer that
John: Thank you very much for your time.
John: I think I need the scholarship in order to attend, so if you don't offer it I won't waste any more of your time.
Kevin Brown: Shall we go ahead and complete your application ?
John: No that's okay thank you.

The accreditation bodies listed on the website do not have any contact phone numbers (of course).

This is not news. Corllins has been around for years and is one of 20-odd "schools" owned by Salem Kureshi, of Karachi Pakistan. He nets approximately $70 million a year from these nefarious enterprises and the half-dozen bogus accreditors he has hatched for his stable. His Belford University and Belford High School have been sued successfully for over $20 million, but how will the lawyers ever collect it?

Here's an article on Kureshi and this lawsuit:

Diploma Mill Scammers Get Hit With Multi-Million Dollar Judgments - Online Colleges

Lots of threads here on DegreeInfo on Kureshi and his schools. Use the search gadget. Here's a partial list of his mills I lifted from another forum, as the original link has gone dead:

    •Ashbery University
    •Ashwood University
    •Belford University
    •Belford High School
    •Cambell University
    •Campile university
    •Corllins University
    •Grendal University
    •Headway University
    •Hill University
    •Lorenz University
    •Lydon State University
    •McFord University
    •McGraw University
    •Must University
    •Northern Port University
    •Panworld University
    •Rochville University
    •Rise University

    •Walford University
    •Western Advanced Central University

Oh yes - add Nixon University (Kureshi has one - really!) "The University you can never trust."

    Yes indeed, Maniac.

I get the acronym -- and I get that you're tired of "That" school, Kureshi, his 20-odd mills etc. etc. etc. So am I.

You won't be bruising my ego if you decide to delete this whole "chiste triste," amigo. I just didn't want anyone to think of Corllins as a "new" laughable discovery. Hence my over-long response.

Good term! I'll remember it!

No pipeline could handle the onslaught. Either of them = enough crap to "plug up the Trans-Canada Pipeline," as we say here.
